Goods Received Settings

The Goods Received settings on the Micronet Mobile Picking screen (v2.7) / Edit Warehouse Mobile Settings screen (v2.8) apply to the Paperless Goods Receipt module of Micronet Mobile Applications – see "Paperless Goods Receipt".

To configure these settings:

  1. Display the Micronet Mobile Picking screen / Edit Warehouse Mobile Settings screen.

Refer to "Edit Company - Edit - Mobile Company Settings".

Force Users to scan

Select how PDA users can receive goods into Micronet. Options are:

  • No – when receiving goods, PDA users can manually select items from the list
  • Yes – when receiving goods, PDA users must scan a barcode; they cannot manually select items from the list.

 

Value on PDA

Select whether the quantity ordered or the quantity received should be displayed on PDAs during paperless goods receipt. Options are:

  • No – Micronet displays the quantity ordered on the purchase order as the quantity to check on the PDA
  • Yes – Micronet displays the quantity received as entered during the goods receipt as the quantity to check on the PDA.

Scanning Mode

Select how item quantities will be entered on PDAs during paperless goods receipt. Options are:

  • No – users need to scan an item and then enter the quantity of that item on the PDA screen
  • Yes – users can scan multiple items to automatically enter the item quantity on the PDA.

 

Print Zone Putaway Summary

2.8 Feature

Select Yes if you want the Goods Received Zone Putaway report printed automatically when a goods receipt batch is saved.
  1. Configure any further fields on the Micronet Mobile Picking screen / Edit Warehouse Mobile Settings screen that are required for the Micronet Mobile Applications you have access to.
